Cornerstone Natural Resources is a Denver based independent oil and gas company focused on building a long-lived reserve base in the Williston Basin. Cornerstone is managed by the former executive management team of Patina Oil & Gas.
 
With an inventory of over 80 operated Bakken 1280 acre drilling units (+600 drilling locations), Cornerstone is poised for significant growth.
  

Production

With an actively growing production base; Cornerstone is quickly becoming a significant oil & gas producer in Burke County, North Dakota.

 

Cornerstone’s net production in North Dakota is approximately 1,000 BOEPD from 33 operated and 19 non-operated gross wells.

Ongoing Development

Cornerstone holds interests in over 95,000 net acres of leasehold in Burke and Mountrail Counties, North Dakota. With an inventory of approximately 80 operated Drilling Spacing Units; Cornerstone is poised for continued growth.

 

Recently the Company established production from the 1st Bench of the Three Forks reservoir adding to its significant development inventory.

 

With strong operational control over its leasehold and development timing, Cornerstone’s well qualified team of industry professionals is actively developing both the Bakken and Three Forks reservoirs (both considered part of the Bakken pool).
